The 3D Printer MK8 Extruder Kit is the most important component for a 3D printer. The MK8 extruder is responsible for delivering the plastic material in a smooth, continuous way at a certain flow rate. The Key to printing resolution mostly depends on the Extruder.

Based on the MK8 extruder, this is an upgraded third-generation extruder. It is fully assembled with a Nema 17 stepper motor.
The extruder assembly includes:
Anti-heat ceramic fiber + heat resistance tape: provide more consistent heating and uniform thermal zone
Extrusion Nozzle: Super-fine CNC machined nozzle with more clearer nozzle wall of 0.2 mm hole permits more precise filament extruding without jamming.
Heating block: Finely machined aluminum heating block ensures better assembly and quality.
Drive Gear: Traditional filament drive gear cannot provide sufficient clamping strength. once the filament gets uneven, the gear is jammed, no matter whether the filament is too thin or too thick. With the new MK8 drive gear with sharper teeth and bearing support, almost all filaments can get through without jamming.
Hot-End Threaded Tube: This hot-end threaded pipe connects the filament to the injection nozzle. The filament melts in this pipe and changes from solid condition to liquid condition.
Heater: 40-watt @12V Military stage custom-made reliable and heavy-duty heater
Gear Housing: The POM gear housing drive system is more durable and more precise
Stepper Motor: High-quality stepper motor NEMA17, 5mm Shaft with precision threaded ACME rod.
